Dieses enth\u00e4lt kein zus\u00e4tzliches \u00d6l, daf\u00fcr aber eine gro\u00dfartige Mischung aus Getreide, N\u00fcssen und Samen \u2013 ein wirklicher Schatz an nat\u00fcrlichen \u00d6len, Mineralstoffen und Vitaminen! In unserem Yogazentrum auf Paradise Island (der Paradiesinsel, die zu den Bahamas geh\u00f6rt) holen wir dazu frische Kokosn\u00fcsse von den B\u00e4umen. Nachdem wir sie ge\u00f6ffnet haben, nehmen wir etwa 50 g von dem wei\u00dfen Fleisch und raspeln es. Dann wird es zusammen mit den anderen Zutaten f\u00fcr das Granola ger\u00f6stet. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch getrocknete Kokosnuss verwenden. Wenn du Kokosraspel zuf\u00fcgst, kannst du das fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfmittel etwas reduzieren. Du kannst das Rezept vereinfachen, wenn du Zutaten, die du nicht bekommen kannst, einfach wegl\u00e4sst und daf\u00fcr die Menge der anderen erh\u00f6hst. Granola kann gut im Voraus zubereitet werden. Es h\u00e4lt sich ein paar Wochen lang, wenn es in einem luftdicht verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter an einem k\u00fchlen Ort aufbewahrt wird (allerdings nicht im K\u00fchlschrank). In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel Flocken, N\u00fcsse und Samen vermengen. Zwischendurch 3 \u2013 4 mal umr\u00fchren, damit das Granola nicht anbrennt.
