En nuestro ashram de yoga de la isla Para\u00edso, en las Bahamas, recogemos cocos de los \u00e1rboles. Los abrimos, desmenuzamos la pulpa y tostamos 50 g con una mezcla de cereales. Se puede utilizar como variante coco secado. Si a\u00f1ades coco, puedes reducir la cantidad de edulcorante l\u00edquido. La receta se puede simplificar aumentando las cantidades de algunos ingredientes si te faltan otros. La granola se conserva durante varias semanas en un frasco herm\u00e9tico, en un lugar fresco (que no sea el frigor\u00edfico).
