data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Veh\u00edculos del alma<\/h3><p>Aunque muchas personas puedan cuestionar si realmente existe algo as\u00ed como el alma, la visi\u00f3n y\u00f3guica es clara y basada en la experiencia. El yogui no dice: \u00abSoy el cuerpo\u00bb, sino m\u00e1s bien: \u00abSoy un alma que se manifiesta a trav\u00e9s de un cuerpo\u00bb. Seg\u00fan la filosof\u00eda del Yoga, el cuerpo es un veh\u00edculo del alma en su camino hacia la iluminaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Esta comprensi\u00f3n cambia de inmediato nuestra perspectiva. En lugar de ver el cuerpo como nuestra verdadera identidad, el Yoga nos ense\u00f1a a verlo como un instrumento \u2013 temporal, \u00fatil y destinado a ser refinado. Por eso, la filosof\u00eda del Yoga no habla de un solo cuerpo, sino de tres cuerpos, cada uno progresivamente m\u00e1s sutil que el anterior. A trav\u00e9s de estos cuerpos, el alma se expresa en distintos estados de conciencia.<\/p><p>Junto con esta ense\u00f1anza, el Vedanta explica que estos cuerpos est\u00e1n adem\u00e1s compuestos por cinco koshas, o envolturas, que velan la verdadera naturaleza del Ser. El cuerpo burdo o f\u00edsico (Sthula Sharira)<\/h3><p>El cuerpo f\u00edsico es el veh\u00edculo m\u00e1s externo y m\u00e1s tangible del alma. Est\u00e1 formado a partir de los alimentos, se sostiene por los alimentos y finalmente regresa a los elementos. Por esta raz\u00f3n, se dice que forma parte del ciclo de los alimentos.<\/p><p>Este cuerpo se experimenta solo en el estado de vigilia. A trav\u00e9s de \u00e9l, percibimos el mundo exterior, realizamos acciones y participamos en la vida cotidiana. El Yoga valora el cuerpo f\u00edsico como un instrumento necesario, pero afirma claramente que no es el Ser. Es algo que puede observarse, entrenarse y purificarse, pero no es el experimentador en s\u00ed.<\/p><h3>2. El cuerpo sutil o astral (Sukshma Sharira)<\/h3><p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del cuerpo f\u00edsico se encuentra el cuerpo astral, el segundo veh\u00edculo del alma. Este cuerpo es m\u00e1s sutil y no es visible para el ojo f\u00edsico, pero desempe\u00f1a un papel central en nuestra experiencia vivida.<\/p><p>El cuerpo astral contiene la energ\u00eda vital (prana), as\u00ed como los sentidos, la mente y el intelecto. El prana fluye a trav\u00e9s de canales sutiles llamados nadis, animando tanto el cuerpo como la mente. Los pensamientos, las emociones, los deseos y las experiencias sensoriales pertenecen todos a este nivel.<\/p><p>El cuerpo astral se experimenta tanto en el estado de vigilia como en el estado de sue\u00f1o. Cuando el cuerpo f\u00edsico descansa durante el sue\u00f1o, el cuerpo astral contin\u00faa funcionando, creando sue\u00f1os y experiencias interiores. Este cuerpo tambi\u00e9n lleva impresiones y tendencias que contin\u00faan de una vida a otra.<\/p><h3>3. El cuerpo causal (Karana Sharira)<\/h3><p>El cuerpo causal es el m\u00e1s profundo y m\u00e1s sutil de los tres veh\u00edculos. Es la semilla de la cual surgen el cuerpo f\u00edsico y el cuerpo astral. Contiene impresiones latentes e ignorancia (avidya), que oscurecen el conocimiento directo del Ser.<\/p><p>En este nivel, la felicidad y la dicha se experimentan en los tres estados de conciencia: vigilia, sue\u00f1o y sue\u00f1o profundo. Especialmente en el sue\u00f1o profundo, la mente y los sentidos se retraen, y existe una experiencia natural de paz y descanso. Estas son cubiertas sutiles que ocultan la luz del Ser, del mismo modo que varias capas de tela pueden cubrir una l\u00e1mpara sin afectar la llama en s\u00ed.<\/p><h3>Annamaya Kosha \u2013 la envoltura alimentaria<\/h3><p>La Annamaya Kosha es la envoltura f\u00edsica, hecha de alimento y sostenida por alimento. Incluye los m\u00fasculos, los huesos, los \u00f3rganos y todas las estructuras materiales del cuerpo. Esta envoltura corresponde al cuerpo f\u00edsico.<\/p><p>La identificaci\u00f3n con esta envoltura da lugar a la creencia de que \u00abyo soy el cuerpo\u00bb. Es la sede de las emociones, los deseos, las simpat\u00edas y las antipat\u00edas. La inquietud y la perturbaci\u00f3n emocional surgen aqu\u00ed. Esta envoltura tambi\u00e9n forma parte del cuerpo astral.<\/p><h3>Vijnanamaya Kosha \u2013 la envoltura intelectual<\/h3><p>La Vijnanamaya Kosha es la envoltura del entendimiento y del discernimiento. Permite la reflexi\u00f3n, la toma de decisiones y la indagaci\u00f3n espiritual. A trav\u00e9s de esta envoltura surge el sentido de identidad individual y el juicio moral. Tambi\u00e9n pertenece al cuerpo astral.<\/p><h3>Anandamaya Kosha \u2013 la envoltura de dicha<\/h3><p>La Anandamaya Kosha es la envoltura m\u00e1s sutil y est\u00e1 asociada con el cuerpo causal. Se experimenta como dicha, paz y contentamiento, especialmente en el sue\u00f1o profundo y en la meditaci\u00f3n.
