Esta es la motivaci\u00f3n principal a la hora de aprender c\u00f3mo relajarse.<\/p><h3>La relajaci\u00f3n no viene f\u00e1cil&#8230;<\/h3><p>En nuestro mundo moderno mucha gente encuentra dificultad para relajarse y conservar su energ\u00eda mientras trabaja. Al mantener nuestros m\u00fasculos en un constante estado de alerta, empleamos m\u00e1s energ\u00eda de la que hubi\u00e9ramos gastado si utiliz\u00e1semos s\u00f3lo aquellos m\u00fasculos que necesitamos para el trabajo en cuesti\u00f3n. La tensi\u00f3n innecesaria tanto f\u00edsica como mental utiliza gran cantidad de energ\u00eda incluso en periodos de descanso, y malgasta una abundante proporci\u00f3n de nuestra energ\u00eda vital. \u00bf Alguna vez has regresado de tus vacaciones sinti\u00e9ndote exhausto?. Esto puede suceder, a pesar de que nuestro cuerpo produce cada d\u00eda una suficiente reserva de energ\u00eda, mismamente para el d\u00eda siguiente. El problema es que las emociones negativas como la ira o la irritabilidad pueden agotar esa reserva acumulada en tan s\u00f3lo unos minutos.<\/p><h3>La relajaci\u00f3n perfecta y el yoga<\/h3><p>La pr\u00e1ctica del yoga recarga los almacenes de energ\u00eda del cuerpo. Por eso nunca te sientes agotado despu\u00e9s de una clase de yoga. Al final de una clase siempre se practica la \u201cRelajaci\u00f3n profunda\u201d. En este estado s\u00f3lo gastamos una peque\u00f1a cantidad de energ\u00eda vital (prana), lo suficiente como para mantener activas las funciones vitales del metabolismo. El resto de la energ\u00eda se acumula. Esta relajaci\u00f3n profunda incluye tres niveles: relajaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, mental y espiritual. La relajaci\u00f3n perfecta o completa s\u00f3lo es posible si se involucran los tres niveles.
