del yoga. Implica la filosof\u00eda del Vedanta y tiene como objetivo reconocer al Ser Supremo en uno mismo y en todos los seres. Este enfoque filos\u00f3fico describe el mundo como una ilusi\u00f3n (<em>maya<\/em>) y busca levantar los velos de Maya a trav\u00e9s de dos disciplinas clave: <em>viveka<\/em> (discernimiento) y <em>vairagya<\/em> (desapasionamiento).<\/p><p>El Jnana Yoga suele considerarse la m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de las cuatro sendas. Al mismo tiempo, explica que este Ser universal est\u00e1 velado por Maya, y que, a medida que estos velos se levantan mediante la indagaci\u00f3n, la mente se vuelve m\u00e1s clara y la liberaci\u00f3n (moksha) se hace posible.<\/p><h3>Viveka y vairagya: las herramientas para levantar Maya<\/h3><p><strong>Viveka (discernimiento):<\/strong> En el Jnana Yoga, viveka es la pr\u00e1ctica del discernimiento utilizada para levantar los velos de Maya, distinguiendo continuamente entre lo real y lo irreal, lo cambiante y lo inmutable. A trav\u00e9s de un discernimiento claro, la mente se aparta de las meras apariencias y se orienta hacia el Ser Supremo, de modo que la b\u00fasqueda de la realizaci\u00f3n del Ser no permanece vaga ni te\u00f3rica, sino que se convierte en un movimiento interior constante hacia el conocimiento directo.<\/p><p><strong>Vairagya (desapasionamiento):<\/strong> Vairagya es la disciplina complementaria de viveka: el desapasionamiento que afloja la fascinaci\u00f3n y el apego, para que la mente pueda permanecer serena, fuerte y apta para la indagaci\u00f3n. Sostiene el proceso de desapego y desidentificaci\u00f3n en el que se apoya la meditaci\u00f3n ved\u00e1ntica, de modo que la observaci\u00f3n y la indagaci\u00f3n maduren m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la comprensi\u00f3n intelectual hasta convertirse en experiencia directa, sin verse arrastradas hacia fuera por los deseos, las reacciones o la inquietud.<\/p><h3>Romper el vaso: una imagen cl\u00e1sica de la unidad<\/h3><p>Una ilustraci\u00f3n tradicional utilizada en la filosof\u00eda del Vedanta describe c\u00f3mo percibimos como diferentes el espacio dentro y fuera de un vaso, del mismo modo que nos vemos separados de Dios.
