pensamiento, o <em>vrittis<\/em>, se vuelven habituales. Act\u00faan como fuerzas sutiles que moldean el car\u00e1cter y el destino. Cada pensamiento con el que nos identificamos planta una semilla en la mente y, mediante la repetici\u00f3n, se convierte en una poderosa influencia sobre la conducta futura.<\/p><p>Algunos samskaras nos elevan hacia una conciencia superior, mientras que otros nos enredan en patrones limitantes. El Yoga ense\u00f1a que son los arquitectos ocultos de nuestros h\u00e1bitos y experiencias recurrentes.
