Celle ci ne contient pas d\u2019huile ajout\u00e9e mais inclus une merveilleuse panoplie de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, noix et graines, un v\u00e9ritable tr\u00e9sor d\u2019huiles naturelles, min\u00e9raux et vitamines ! Dans notre yoga retreat \u00e0 Paradise Island, Bahamas, nous cueillons les noix de coco fra\u00eeches. Une fois ouvertes, la pulpe est coup\u00e9e en morceaux et 50 g est grill\u00e9e avec le m\u00e9lange de graines. On peut utiliser la noix de coco s\u00e9ch\u00e9e comme variante. Si vous ajoutez de la noix de coco, on peut r\u00e9duire le liquide \u00e9dulcorant. Vous pouvez simplifier la recette en augmentant la quantit\u00e9 de certains ingr\u00e9dients si vous n\u2019avez pas les autres. Le granola peut \u00eatre fait en avance et stock\u00e9 ensuite dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique \u00e0 un endroit frais (pas au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur) pour plusieurs semaines.
