C&rsquo;est la raison principale de l&rsquo;apprentissage de la relaxation.<\/p><h3>Pas si facile de se d\u00e9tendre\u2026<\/h3><p>Bien des aspects de la vie moderne emp\u00eachent les gens de travailler d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re qui \u00e9conomise leurs forces et qui leur permette de se d\u00e9tendre. Si nous tenons tous nos muscles en alerte sans arr\u00eat, nous utilisons beaucoup plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;en nous concentrant sur les muscles dont nous avons vraiment besoin pour une action donn\u00e9e. Nous perdons m\u00eame de la force dans les temps de pause en tenant des muscles (et notre mental) en alerte, ce qui dilapide notre \u00e9nergie vitale. Les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives telles que la col\u00e8re ou l&rsquo;\u00e9nervement peuvent vider cette r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en quelques minutes. <\/p><h3>Une d\u00e9tente compl\u00e8te gr\u00e2ce au Yoga<\/h3><p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la pratique du Yoga recharge le corps en \u00e9nergie. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on ne se sent pas \u00e9puis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un cours de Yoga, mais au contraire plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie positive. Un cours se termine toujours par une \u201erelaxation profonde\u201c. Au cours de celle-ci, nous avons besoin de d\u00e9penser tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale (Prana), juste assez pour maintenir le m\u00e9tabolisme. Le reste est emmagasin\u00e9. La relaxation profonde se divise en trois niveaux : d\u00e9tente physique, mentale et spirituelle. la d\u00e9tente compl\u00e8te demande d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer ces trois niveaux.
