Le corps grossier ou physique (Sthula Sharira)<\/h3><p>Le corps physique est le v\u00e9hicule le plus ext\u00e9rieur et le plus tangible de l\u2019\u00e2me. Il est form\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la nourriture, soutenu par la nourriture, et retourne finalement aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments. C\u2019est pourquoi on dit qu\u2019il fait partie du cycle de la nourriture.<\/p><p>Ce corps n\u2019est exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 que dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de veille. C\u2019est \u00e0 travers lui que nous percevons le monde ext\u00e9rieur, accomplissons des actions et nous engageons dans la vie quotidienne. Le Yoga consid\u00e8re le corps physique comme un instrument n\u00e9cessaire, tout en affirmant clairement qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas le Soi. C\u2019est quelque chose qui peut \u00eatre observ\u00e9, entra\u00een\u00e9 et purifi\u00e9, mais ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentateur lui-m\u00eame.<\/p><h3>2. Le corps subtil ou astral (Sukshma Sharira)<\/h3><p>Au-del\u00e0 du corps physique se trouve le corps astral, le deuxi\u00e8me v\u00e9hicule de l\u2019\u00e2me. Ce corps est plus subtil et n\u2019est pas visible \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il physique, mais il joue un r\u00f4le central dans notre exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue.<\/p><p>Le corps astral contient l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale (prana), ainsi que les sens, le mental et l\u2019intellect. Le prana circule \u00e0 travers de subtils canaux appel\u00e9s nadis, animant \u00e0 la fois le corps et le mental. Les pens\u00e9es, les \u00e9motions, les d\u00e9sirs et les exp\u00e9riences sensorielles appartiennent tous \u00e0 ce niveau.<\/p><p>Le corps astral est exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de veille et dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de r\u00eave. Lorsque le corps physique se repose pendant le sommeil, le corps astral continue de fonctionner, cr\u00e9ant les r\u00eaves et les exp\u00e9riences int\u00e9rieures. Ce corps porte \u00e9galement les impressions et les tendances qui se poursuivent d\u2019une vie \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p><h3>3. Le corps causal (Karana Sharira)<\/h3><p>Le corps causal est le plus profond et le plus subtil des trois v\u00e9hicules. Il est la graine \u00e0 partir de laquelle naissent les corps physique et astral. Il contient les impressions latentes et l\u2019ignorance (avidya), qui obscurcissent la connaissance directe du Soi.<\/p><p>\u00c0 ce niveau, le bonheur et la joie sont exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s dans les trois \u00e9tats de conscience \u2013 veille, r\u00eave et sommeil profond. Dans le sommeil profond en particulier, le mental et les sens se retirent, et il y a une exp\u00e9rience naturelle de paix et de repos. Il gouverne la respiration, la circulation et tous les mouvements \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Cette enveloppe appartient au corps astral et relie le corps et le mental.<\/p><h3>Manomaya Kosha \u2013 l\u2019enveloppe mentale<\/h3><p>Le Manomaya Kosha se compose du mental et des facult\u00e9s sensorielles.
