Live Hatha Yoga Course Online

Practise with Swami Sivadasananda in weekly live online classes that explore Hatha Yoga through body, mind, and soul perspectives. Each session focuses on one aspect of yoga through theory and practice, drawing from physiology, psychology, or yoga philosophy. The course is offered live online and is also available as Video on Demand.

What You Will Practise

Each evening brings together a balanced combination of guided practice and study, creating a progressive approach to online learning and self-practice. The course is especially suited to students who want depth, structure, and a meaningful connection to traditional yoga teachings.

Course Format

Each session typically includes:

  • 70 minutes of pranayama, asanas, and relaxation
  • 15 minutes of study material, questions, and answers
  • 5 minutes of awareness, concentration, or meditation

The course is taught in English, with simultaneous translation into German, French, and Spanish. Questions can also be directed to Swami Sivadasananda by email or video call. If you are unable to join live, you receive a recording link by email the following day.

Meet the Teacher

Swami Sivadasananda is a Yoga Acharya and senior disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. He has taught workshops and Yoga Teachers’ Training Courses around the world for many years and is known for being dynamic, precise, and deeply knowledgeable. He is also the author of Sivananda Beginner’s Guide to Yoga and Yoga – Your Home Practice Companion.
