Expand your breath, expand your practice!
This pranayama further training course focuses on the transformative role of breathing in yoga. Through practical workshops and insightful discussions, you will learn how breathing can improve asanas, deepen relaxation, sharpen concentration, and refine sensory perception. Learn how conscious breathing can bridge the body and mind, while exploring its role in postural improvement and vital capacity.
This program offers the tools to take your practice and teaching skills to the next level.
This pranayama further training for yoga teachers examines the powerful link between yoga and breathwork, offering a blend of study and hands-on practice.
You will explore the anatomy of the diaphragm and the solar plexus, and how they are engaged in pranayama breathing exercises. You will learn how 3-part or full yogic breathing can lead to postural improvement, and how the breathing challenges of sedentary work environments can be overcome.
Interactive lectures and group discussions will enhance your understanding of different yogic breathing methods, while practical workshops focus on expanding the breath during Sun Salutations, building vital capacity in the 12 asanas, and refining how to teach pranayama.
With self-practice, partner exercises, and teaching simulations, this programme equips you with essential tools to integrate breathwork into your yoga classes.
