The Fire of Yoga is our free live-streamed weekend workshop for asana and pranayama practice. Offered every weekend since 2020 under the direction of Swami Sivadasananda, it is a powerful way to refresh your energy, strengthen your discipline, and deepen your practice from home. Classes are taught in English, with translation into various languages.
Come to stretch, breathe, focus, and rekindle your inner fire. This workshop is especially suited to students who already have some experience and would like to go further in their practice in a steady, uplifting way.
Choose your free yoga session in the online calendar, register, and you will receive your Zoom access details by email. You can join from Apple, Android, or Windows devices, and a camera setup that shows your mat helps the teacher guide your practice more effectively.
