Prenatal Yoga Certification Course

Pregnancy yoga training gives teachers a comprehensive understanding of how yoga practices should evolve as pregnancy progresses.

Early in pregnancy, gentle asanas and pranayama are emphasized, while modifications are made as the body changes. As the pregnancy advances, poses are adjusted to accommodate the growing belly and focus more on relaxation, stability, and preparation for childbirth.

Teachers also learn to integrate nutritional advice, offering guidance on a balanced diet that supports both mother and baby, ensuring overall wellness throughout the pregnancy journey.

Prerequisites

Completion of the Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course.
